Zevran Arainai

Zevran Arainai is a skilled rogue and a former member of the Antivan Crows, an infamous guild of assassins. He is initially encountered as an antagonist, having been hired by Loghain Mac Tir to eliminate the Grey Warden protagonists. Following his defeat, he offers his services to the party, claiming that since his contract has failed, his life is forfeit and he has nothing left to lose.

Role in the Fifth Blight

As a companion, Zevran provides a pragmatic and often cynical perspective on the events unfolding across Thedas. His personal arc involves reconciling his past as a trained killer with his newfound loyalty to the Warden.
