Oghren
Oghren is a dwarven warrior and companion who joins the Grey Warden during the events of the Fifth Blight.
Background
Oghren is a member of House Kondrat and a former captain of the Orzammar guard. Known for his love of ale and his prowess with a two-handed axe, he is a quintessential berserker who struggles with the social exile imposed upon him following his wife Branka's disappearance into the Deep Roads. Despite his gruff exterior and penchant for crude humour, he possesses a deep sense of loyalty to those he considers his comrades.
Role in the Fifth Blight
During the search for the Paragon Branka, Oghren serves as a guide for the Grey Warden through the dangerous tunnels of the Deep Roads. After the resolution of the conflict in Orzammar, he chooses to leave his home behind to join the Warden's party in the fight against the Archdemon. He later travels to Vigil's Keep to serve with the Grey Wardens in Ferelden, continuing his career as a warrior against the darkspawn threat.
