Frodo Baggins

Frodo Baggins is a hobbit of the Shire who served as the primary Ring-bearer tasked with destroying the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom.

Early Life and Quest

Frodo Baggins was a hobbit of the Shire who inherited the One Ring from his uncle, Bilbo Baggins. Under the guidance of the wizard Gandalf the Grey, he departed his home to prevent the Dark Lord Sauron from reclaiming his power. He was joined by his loyal gardener Samwise Gamgee, as well as his cousins Meriadoc Brandybuck and Peregrin Took, forming the core of the fellowship that would eventually aid in the salvation of Middle-earth.

Legacy

As the Ring-bearer, Frodo faced immense physical and psychological trials while travelling toward Mordor. His journey was supported by the martial prowess of Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas Greenleaf, who distracted the enemy forces to ensure his success. After the destruction of the Ring, Frodo eventually departed from the Grey Havens to the Undying Lands, leaving behind a legacy as one of the greatest heroes of the Third Age.
