Stringfellow Hawke
Stringfellow Hawke is a highly skilled pilot and the primary operative of the high-tech attack helicopter known as Airwolf.

Stringfellow Hawke is a reclusive Vietnam War veteran who lives in a remote cabin near Lake Hemet with his hound, Tet. Following his service, he was recruited by the Firm to recover the experimental helicopter Airwolf after its creator, Dr. Charles Moffet, defected to Libya. Hawke successfully retrieved the aircraft but refused to return it to the government, hiding it in the Valley of the Gods until the Firm agreed to his terms.
Background
Hawke is defined by his deep sense of loss, primarily stemming from the disappearance of his brother, St. John Hawke, during the Vietnam War. He is a talented musician who often spends his time playing the cello to cope with his traumatic past. Despite his desire for a quiet life, his unique piloting skills and bond with the helicopter frequently draw him into dangerous missions on behalf of Dominic Santini and the Firm.
Skills and Equipment
As the primary pilot of Airwolf, Hawke demonstrates exceptional tactical awareness and flying ability, capable of performing complex manoeuvres that push the aircraft to its limits. His partnership with Dominic Santini, who operates Santini Air, provides him with the logistical support needed to maintain the helicopter and conduct covert operations against various international threats.
