Foundation for Law and Government

Established by the late billionaire Wilton Knight, the Foundation for Law and Government, or FLAG, serves as a non-profit organisation that operates outside the constraints of traditional law enforcement. Under the leadership of Devon Miles, the organisation provides the resources and support necessary to tackle high-stakes criminal threats that standard authorities are often ill-equipped to handle.

Operations and Technology

The cornerstone of the Foundation's crime-fighting capabilities is the Knight Industries Two Thousand, commonly known as KITT. This artificially intelligent automobile, maintained by skilled technicians such as Bonnie Barstow and April Curtis, serves as the primary partner for the Foundation's lead field agent, Michael Knight. Together, they execute missions across the country to uphold justice and protect the innocent.

Beyond field operations, FLAG maintains a sophisticated mobile command centre, typically housed within a large semi-trailer truck. This unit allows the team to deploy rapidly to any location, providing a tactical base of operations, technical support, and transport for KITT, ensuring the Foundation remains effective in its mission to assist those who are otherwise defenceless against powerful criminal elements.
