Bonnie Barstow serves as the primary technician for the Foundation for Law and Government, playing a critical role in ensuring that KITT remains in peak operational condition. Working closely with Devon Miles and Michael Knight, she provides the technical expertise required to repair the advanced vehicle following its frequent high-stakes encounters. Her deep understanding of the car's artificial intelligence and complex systems makes her an indispensable member of the team.

Throughout her tenure, Bonnie has been instrumental in implementing significant upgrades to KITT, including the development of the Super Pursuit Mode. While she briefly left the organisation, allowing April Curtis to assume her duties, she eventually returned to her position.
