Hazzard County

Hazzard County is a fictional, rural county located in the state of Georgia, characterised by its winding dirt roads, dense woodlands, and small-town atmosphere. It serves as the home of the Duke family, who operate a farm on the outskirts of the county seat. The area is heavily influenced by the presence of the corrupt Boss Hogg, who exerts significant control over local governance and law enforcement.

Law and Order

Law enforcement within the county is managed by the Hazzard County Sheriff's Department, led by Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane. The department is frequently utilised by Boss Hogg to facilitate various illicit schemes, often leading to high-speed pursuits involving Bo and Luke Duke in their modified Dodge Charger, known as the General Lee. Despite the constant tension between the authorities and the local population, the county remains a tight-knit community defined by its local traditions and the Boar's Nest tavern.
