Baxter Stockman

Baxter Stockman is a recurring genius inventor in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, often recognised for his expertise in robotics and cybernetics. He initially gains notoriety through his creation of the Mousers, a fleet of small, destructive robots designed to hunt vermin in the New York City sewers. These machines inevitably bring him into conflict with the turtles and their mentor, Splinter, as the robots threaten their subterranean home.
