From Street Hawk wiki

Street Hawk project

The Street Hawk project was a clandestine federal initiative designed to develop an advanced, high-speed tactical motorcycle for use in urban crime suppression.

Development and Purpose

The Street Hawk project was a secret government undertaking spearheaded by Norman Tuttle to create a vehicle capable of navigating dense city traffic at extreme velocities. The prototype motorcycle was engineered with sophisticated weaponry, including lasers and rockets, to neutralise threats that conventional law enforcement vehicles could not effectively pursue.

Operational History

Following a serious injury sustained in the line of duty, police officer Jesse Mach was recruited by Norman Tuttle to serve as the test pilot for the machine. Operating under the supervision of Leo Altobelli, the project functioned as an off-the-books vigilante operation. Mach used the bike to combat organised crime, often coordinating with Rachel Adams to secure intelligence while maintaining the secrecy of the project from the public and his own police department.
