Jesse Mach

Jesse Mach is a former motorcycle racer turned police officer who becomes the secret operative of the Street Hawk programme. After being injured during an ambush, he is recruited by federal agent Norman Tuttle to test the prototype vehicle, which is designed to combat urban crime that standard police units cannot reach. Mach operates the bike while wearing a specialised helmet and suit to maintain his anonymity while patrolling the streets of Los Angeles.

Role and Partnerships

Mach balances his duties as a police officer with his nocturnal activities as a vigilante. He works closely with Norman Tuttle, who provides technical support and remote guidance from a command centre. Throughout his mission, Mach also interacts with his superior, Leo Altobelli, and occasionally coordinates with Rachel Adams. His ability to push the motorcycle to its maximum velocity allows him to neutralise threats that evade traditional law enforcement.
