Operation Street Hawk" is a secret government project that aims to provide every police department in the near future with a motorbike similar to the one Tuttle is testing. Jesse Mach (Rex Smith) is impressed by the beauty of the machine: a jet-black, turbo-charged motorbike with a hyperpressure system that can launch it 100 feet into the air, a tremendous speed of over 450 km/h and a hydraulic suspension that adapts it to both the streets and the countryside. The Street Hawk is an attack weapon, with a laser beam cannon that can neutralise, knock out and immobilise any potential adversary.
